thank you for your reply Hector.  I practise appreciate it.  You must take given that proficient advice elsewhere and I saw  information technology because I do recall that being the merely reply I ever saw. My fault was that I bought my Toshiba from Best buy (worthless) where windows 10 comes preinstalled and, no program disc or anything to rescue the crashed plan (which typically one wouldn't look afterward 5 ,months of light use)  ,It's non natural either to non have access to MY OWN damn command prompt or even the bios or kick order and that's even when the stupid matter will kicking and run. I practise have the thumb drive to become it booted eventually but this is **** and exercise y'all remember Best buy or Toshiba would help me out. I can't afford to pay someone what I've already tried. So I figure it's all about the operating system and that'due south You lot MS guys and  gals        I so guess...your my only hope...
